Blood viscosity is influenced by several factors, including red blood cell (RBC) deformability, hematocrit (Hct), and plasma protein levels. To effectively isolate the individual contributions of it necessary to simultaneously measure viscosities plasma. In this study, suspended were obtained sequentially adopting an ultrasonic transducer for separation a co-flowing microfluidic channel measurement. improve measurement accuracy viscosity, correction factor was through experiments numerical simulations, which then inserted into analytical expression viscosity. stabilize pulsatile flow resulting from micropump, frequency (f) voltage (v) set f = 300 Hz v 140 au, respectively. Flexible polyethylene tubing (i.d. 500 µm, length 40 mm) connected device as air damper. Consequently, coefficient variance velocity decreased up 1%.
